This is Eric Myers from the Feathered Pipe Foundation. Most of you know me if you have been to the Ranch over the years. During the season, you all see me in my capacity as caretaker and service support. Throughout the year though my primary role is as
program director, online services manager, and outreach coordinator.I am reaching out to you today from my role as online services manager. We have recently updated our donation page and processes with the intent of making the customer experience as pain-free and easy as possible. This development is ongoing, so your valuable insight would be of great benefit to us.
I would ask if you would be willing to give your honest opinion of our online donation platform and how we might make it more inviting, user-friendly, and facilitate ease of contribution. How can we make the donation process easier? How might we change, simplify, or improve the design to facilitate giving?
Please do not take this as an off-handed attempt to solicit your donation. The greatest contribution you could offer is to give us your honest feedback about your experience when you visited our donation page.
